Instructions to make Daal Baati and Lehsun chutney:
  1. For BAATI above all ingredients mix well & makes very tight dough..to make easily round shape Ball or roll.
  2. After making balls..in slow flame preheat Baati cooker or Baati oven & placed all Baati there..
  3. When baati is cooked well in Baati cooker dein in hot ghee dip all Baati or else deep fry all Baati in ghee only.
  4. For DAAL..it's mix daal so in cooker take 4 whistle that all daal cooked well.
  5. Heat the pan..take oil or ghee add zeera..khada garam masala.. Ginger garlic paste.. chopped onion..tomatoes..red chilli powder turmeric..salt garam masala.cooked well dein add mix daal and wait for boil dein add lemon and corrainder leaves and little bit ghee also.
  6. For Chutney above all ingredients grind it in mixy add some water..make thick paste
  7. Heat the pan take ghee add zeera and turn garlic paste add salt and red chilli powder if you want more spicy.. till cooked when it soaks all water.
