  1. Prepare 250 gms papad
  2. Make ready 2 cups boiled sweet corn
  3. Get 1 cup chhoped bellpapers

  6. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped green chilies
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp chaat masaala
  8. Get 1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps to make Papad Corn Chaat:
  1. In a bowl add boiled corns, chopped bell peppers (red, yellow, green) chopped tomatoes,  chopped onions, chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp of Chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Cut the papad into half as a semi-circle, roast the half papad and fold it like a cone shape.
  3. Fill the mixture, top it with sev and fresh Coriander and serve.
