- In a blender add Soya Chunks, Garlic, Onion Ginger Green chillies Coriander leaves and lemon juice. Grind it into a coarse paste.
- Transfer mixture into a bowl. Add Maida, Cornflour, Salt, Red chilly powder, Garam masala and Red colour (optional…. just to give it a tandoori look). Mix it properly.
- Now shape it into a kebab by using pencil or skewer. Wet your hands everytime while giving it kebab shape.
- Deep fry these kebabs on medium flame till golden.
- For smoky flavour insert skewers in these Kebabs bor hold it with tong and cook on gas flame on high flame till grill marks on it.
