  1. In pan take butter on medium flame, once it hot give tadaka with seeds, Curry leaves and cloves.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix in tadaka well then add chilies. Once chilies cooked add veggies, mix well.
  3. Add all spices and cook it for 2 mins by covering lid.
  4. Add rice and daal, mix well. Cook it for 5 mins, add mint leaves and garnish with coriander leaves and with some papad and pickles. Have this hot rice and chilled girl… eat healthy stay healthy.
