  1. Get 1 cup yellow moong daal
  2. Make ready 1 cup moong
  3. Take 2 Steamed green chillies
  4. Take 2 Boiled potatoes
  5. Take as needed Crisp Poori pakwan
  6. Get 1 tbsp Imli pulp
  7. Get 1 Onions finely chopped
  8. Prepare to taste Black salt to sprinkle (A must indgridient for better taste)
  9. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder to sprinkle
  10. Take (For making Poori pakwan, you need)
  11. Prepare 1 cup Maida,
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp moyan oil,
  13. Take to taste salt
  14. Take 1/2 tsp ajwain
  15. Get 1/4 tsp jeera

Assembling: On papri,add yellow lentil,cucumber,onion,tomato,yogurt,chaat masala,fresh coriander,red chili flakes & serve. Combining moong sprouts with Indian spices, herbs and Chutneys makes for an excellent chaat snack. The recipe is simple and even without the addition of chutneys taste good. A sprinkling of chaat masala, red chili powder and lime juice is enough to make a tasty chaat.

Steps to make Daal moong poori chaat:
  1. First of all boil moong daal in open pan and add in turmeric,and put green chillies to steam over it on a perforated plate.
  2. Let the daal cook and chilli steam over it.
  3. When daal is cooked mash it with handy and add salt.
  4. Now pressure cook moong with salt and grind it with grinder. AND add salt in green chillies.
  5. Now add red chilli powder and salt in boiled and cut potato pieces.
  6. To make crisp Poori pakwan,make dough with mentioned ingredients.
  7. Roll with rolling pin and prick with fork.
  8. Deep fry on slow flame till crisp and golden.
  9. To make chutney add half cup water in imli pulp add salt,aamchur powder a pinch.
  10. Now to assemble daal moong poori,first of all in a plate make pieces of the crisp Poori.
  11. Then pour over laddle full of daal over it.
  12. Then 3 tbsp of moong over it.
  13. Sprinkle onions,coriander leaves.
  14. Pieces of boiled potato.
  15. Steamed green chillies, imli chutney,red chilli powder,black salt.
  16. Serve hot.
