- Take 1 cup black masoor daal
- Prepare 1/2 cup tur daal

- Pressure cook washed daals with ginger garlic paste, onion, tomato, green chillies and turmeric powder
- Cook till daal is soft then grind it lil bit with a hand grinder
- For tempering.. In hot oil or ghee add garlic minced let it turn light brown then add curry leaves, jeera powder and red chilli powder.. Add to the daal
- Then add lots of chopped corriender leaves.. Let it cook for a lil while.. Ready !!
