- In a pressure cooker, add washed lentils daal and water,water ratio 1 :4.
- Add turmeric powder, salt,ginger garlic chilli paste,Cook for 15 to 18 min on low medium flame after one whistle.
- When the daal cooked, in a kadhai put ghee,add Afestodia and wait untill crackle, now add onions saute till golden brown,
- Now add tomatoes saute till completely soften
- Now add masalas,stir them till masalas sperates the ghee,add cooked daal, allow to boil for 5 minutes on low medium flame. Garnish with coriander.
- Bhurzi, in a pan add ghee
- Add onions and chillies till golden brown.
- Meanwhile,make a batter of eggs add masalas,and whisk them properly
- Now add the egg batter,stir continusely for 5 to 6 min on a low medium flame.bhurzi is ready serve with hot chappaties.with a salad and green mint chutney.
