- Dip your hand in water, and start dropping one by one to hot oil.
- Keep the flame in lower medium, stir occasionally.
- Fry Vada till golden brown.
- Drain the Vada on paper to absorb oil.
- Serve Moong Dal Vada with chopped onions, green fry chilli, and mitthi chutney.
