  1. Soak all type of lentils Overnight or for 6-7 hours.

  3. Add little water while grinding.
  4. Mixture should be thick and smooth.
  5. Now add ginger paste, chilli, pepper powder.
  6. Mix all the ingredients well.
  7. Now take a pan and heat oil.
  8. Using the spoon drop spoonful of batter in oil or with help of the hands you can drop the batter.
  9. Fry until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with sambhar.
