  2. Once cooled mash all the veggies.
  3. Add chopped green chilli,grated ginger and coriander leaves
  4. Also add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,asafoetida and salt and mix well.
  5. All ingredients add in the wheat flour and also add one tbsp oil and make a soft dough.
  6. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both the sides.
