Instructions to make Masala Dal Vada:
  1. Soaked chana daal for 6 hours. Drain all water form chana daal. Crushed chana daal in grinder.
  2. In crushed chana daal mix all ingredients except oil. Mixture should not be very moist or dry. Grease your palms with oil and divide mixture into equal portions. Take each portion of mixture, give it a round shape and flatten it a little by pressing.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. deep fry vadas in oil from the both side till golden brown and crispy.Transfer them to a plate on paper napkin.
  4. Masala dal Vadas are ready to serve.
