  1. First dry roast the sesame till it starts popping then keep it on a plate. Next dry roast urad daal full with part of the curry leaves and red chilli till urad daal becomes light brown. let it cool with the sesame seeds. Grind into semi coarse mixture.
  2. Then heat oil in a kadhai add mustard seeds chana daal half urad dhal with hing and curry leaves and let it splutter. Now add the ground powder and sauté well and add amchur in the end.
  3. Now it’s time to mix in the rice with this powder and serve hot with curd.
