  4. Add salt + 1tsp tomato sauce + 1tsp lemon juice + kottambari leaf(coriander leaves).+ 1tsp ghee
  5. Close the lid and keep it for 2 whistle in the cooker.
  6. Now add the raisins + cashews fried in ghee to the pulav.
  7. Serve it with salad and bread crumbs
