- Take 250 gm urad dal with black skin
- Get 3-4 green chillies

Instructions to make Urad Dal vada:
- First you have to wash urad dal and soak it in water for 2-3 hours.
- Now drain the excess water from dal. You have to grind it in mixer. Mix everything coriander leaves, jeera, chilli, ginger, salt and then grind it..make sure you made a coarse batter and not smooth. It gives a good texture to the vada when fried.
- Take a deep frying pan. Add oil for frying. Make sure you take small quantities of dough and make a small circle in it. Use a plastic cover to make round shaped Vadas.
- Now place 4-5 such pieces in pan and fry it. Make sure you fry it on low simmer till they become golden brown.
- Now place the vadas in a tissue to remove extra oil. Serve it hot with chutney or tomato sauce. Enjoy
