- Wash dal and broken wheat nicely about 3 times. Cook this in pressure cooker upto 3 whistles or in rice cooker until done completely by adding water, salt and milk. Mash this and keep aside.
- Now heat ghee in small kadai add all the ingredients one by one under the topic "To Temper". Saute till cashews change golden brown and nice aroma starts to come. Switch off this and add this to cooked broken wheat.
- Mix thoroughly and serve hot with sambar and chutney. Healthy tiffin is ready to serve..
