  9. Add 4 tbsp oil in in a pan or kadhai add mustard seed
  10. Add onion,chilli and ginger after the pop seed's. Cook an til brown add all spice's and masala's cook for 30 sec.
  11. Add bitten curd
  12. Cook an til oil come on surfes.
  13. Add water (mention in step 6) give boil.
  14. Add gatta and cook for 8-9 mint.
  15. Our gatta curry is ready.garnish with corineder leave and serve with roti/partha
