  1. Peel and grate Lauki. Squeeze out the water. Add gram flour and rice flour. Now add ginger garlic paste, salt and chill powder.
  2. Grease palm with oil and take small portion of mixture and turn into round shaped ball. Make 7 to 8 balls. Heat oil and add prepared balls in it and deep fry till golden brown.
