  1. First make sugar syrup take big pot add sugar water and cardamom till sugar melts and cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. Remember syrup shouldn't be too thick.
  3. Turn off flame and keep aside this syrup.
  4. Take a bowl add milk powder, baking powder, oil, cardamom powder and flour mix with hands.
  5. Beat both eggs and add in these to make a round balls. Balls should be perfect round with no crackes.
  6. Once you done making balls heat ghee in a wok on medium flame. Add these balls and fry until nice brown or your desired colour.
  7. Take out balls from ghee and add in a sugar syrup and dip for good 15 min.
