- Mix all daal and rice in a bowl and wash it 2-3 times. Then soak into water for 20-30min.
- Take all ingredients together.
- Heat oil into pressure cooker and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, cinnamon, black pepper corn and clove. Then add chopped onion and hing. Cook for a min. Then add chopped potatoes and peas, add dry masala and mix well.
- Then add soaked khichadi and mix well. Then add water, and let it simmer for 4-5min.
- Cover lid and do 2 whistle on medium heat. Open the cooker after pressure of steam cool down. Then add ghee and mix well. Add chopped coriander and serve hot with curd or lassi.
