- Prepare 1 cup Wheat flour
- Get 2 tbsp Grated cabbage

- Take a large bowl mix together cabbage,carrot,cucumber and spinach.
- Take a bowl add wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.
- Add little water to make a soft dough.
- Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Divide the dough into equal size balls.
- Roll out the paratha.
- Grease the pan and place the paratha on the hot pan.
- Spread all the veggies on the top of the paratha.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder,black pepper powder and salt.
- Cook on hot pan applying oil till both the sides are cooked.
- Cut into four pieces.
- Serve hot with curd.
