On a board or plate put layer of cake, soak evenly with sugar syrup, add pineapple cubes evenly. Add top layer of cake, with the help of whipping cream cover the sides and top layer of the cake. Keep it in frigde for about 2-3 hours.
  5. Design the cake with yellow whipping cream with the help of star nozzle. Make eyes and smile with help of back fondant.
