  7. Place in a saucepan coconut milk, seasoning to taste, pepper, onion bulb slices, blended pepper, curry and thyme; stir properly and bring to boil over medium heat.
  8. Pour in the beef,left over beef broth, tomato puree,Stir & and allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes
  9. Add flour or corn flour if you want a thick sauce Garnish with spring onions. Bon apetit!
