- Cut gatta with a knife
- Heat oil in same kadhai add whole masala
- And curry leaves
- Take curd and add all spices except garam masala mix them finely
- When jeera rai splutter add onion,ginger and chilli
- And add curd mix stir continuously
- When it leaves oil add our saved gutta water and gutta
- Cook it and add garam masala and kasoori methi
- Our vegetable is ready
- Garnish with coriander leaves
