  1. Get 500 grams Cauliflower/gobhi
  2. Get 6 tbsp besan flour
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp saunf/fennel powder
  4. Take 2 tbsp Chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Garam masala
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp Rice flour
  7. Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Get As per taste salt
  9. Prepare Bunch chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves
  10. Take 1/2 lemon's juice
Instructions to make Cauliflower/Gobhi 65:
  1. Blanch cauliflower florets in hot water with a pinch of turmeric powder and rock salt for 5 minutes. Strain in cold water and set aside.
  2. Take a bowl and add 6 tbsp besan flour, 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 2 tbsp of saunf powder, a bunch of chopped coriander and curry leaves, 2 tbsp chilli powder
  4. 1 tbsp Garam masala and required salt. Combine everything well
  5. Add a little water and make a thick batter. Then coat the blanched cauliflowers, add some lime juice and mix well. Leave it for around 10 minutes.
  6. Then, heat oil and fry to perfection and serve as starter
