  1. Make ready 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. Get 1 pint heavy cream
  3. Get 1/4 cup white wine

  6. Prepare 6 oz any bella mushrooms
  7. Get 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes packed in oil
  8. Take Black pepper, garlic salt, red pepper flakes

  10. Make ready 1/4 cup grated good Romano or parmigiana cheese
Instructions to make Tuscan Chicken:
  1. Slice chicken in half and brown in olive oil. Remove to a plate to keep warm.
  2. Add mushrooms and brown
  3. Add wine to deglaze pan. Then add garlic, pepper flakes, black pepper, chicken broth and sundried tomatoes.
  4. Add in spinach and garlic salt.
  5. Cook down spinach until wilted. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add chicken back in and simmer until chicken is cooked through. About 10 minutes. Stir in grated cheese.
  7. Add cooked linguine and toss.
