  2. Wash, peel and cut lauki into cubes.
  3. Cook daal with salt, haldi, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Don’t over cook.
  4. Take little oil in a pan and fry lauki add little black pepper in it.
  5. Mix daal and lauki and add chicken broth and green chilli chopped.
  6. Give tarka of khalis ghee with fresh garlic slices, zeera and black pepper.
  7. Serve with paratha and onion salad.
