  1. Slice lemons and squeeze juice and store in a jar for 3 days. Squeeze juice also should be there in the jar itself.

  3. Grind it into a fine powder
  4. Take a pan and keep it on the stove and pour oil, once the oil heats add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste into it.
  5. Turn off the stove and add chilli powder, ground powder into it.
  6. Mix it well..
  7. Add lemons into it.
  8. Mix it well and serve hot with rice /chapathi /roti.

It goes great with lentils, curries, vegetable biryani, rice, stuffed flatbreads and naan. While making pickle, make sure the container, spoon, jar are all completely moisture free otherwise the pickle will be spoiled.
