- In a bowl, add milk powder, maida, baking powder,ghee and mix well.
- Add milk and mix well. Do not knead.
- Make soft dough. Add milk if required. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- For sugar syrup: In a pan, add sugar, water stir it till sugar gets dissolved.
- Add elachi powder, saffron strands and mix well.
- Let it boil for 5 mins.
- Add lemon juice in it mix well. Sugar syrup is ready.
- Make small balls from dough (make sure they are crack free).
- In a pan, add oil, fry these balls on medium low flame till it becomes golden brown.
- Remove it in sugar syrup.
- Let it get soaked for 2 hours.
- Garnish it with dryfruits.
