  7. Take 1 tsp salt

  10. Take 2 tbsp Desi ghee

  12. Get 4 table spoon Desi ghee
  13. Take 1 table spoon Zeera
  14. Prepare 3-4 Curry patta leaves
  15. Get 2 Garlic clove (sliced)
  16. Take 2-3 Red button chill

These are very versatile and performs well wherever it gets added to. Moong vadi is sun-dried nuggets made of moong dal/yellow lentil. Moong Dal is Packed with protein and low carbs, green gram otherwise known as moong dal is one of the best vegetarian superfoods. Then, fry the almond slivers till it turns light brown.

Steps to make Mong fry daal:
  1. Soak and drain daal and boil in water with haldi and salt until it tender, set aside
  2. In a fry pan add 2 table spoon desi ghee fry onion, chopped garlic 2 table spoon and wen it gave aroma put zeera in it fry then add tomato and onions chopped with chill powder, salt and haldi
  3. Bhonify until ghee separate. Now mix this masala in boil daal mix well
  4. In a pan add 4 table spoon desi ghee, add sliced garlic, zeera, Karo patta and button red chilli in it
  5. Fry and put this taraka on mong daal. Enjoy with chapati or tarkay wale chawal…… 💕
