- Add salt and the rest of the spices too. Finally add the lamb mince to it. Cover and cook on a medium high heat without adding any water.
- Lamb mince gets done very easily and therefore no need to add any water. Let it cook in it's juices and it will be done in a matter of 20 minutes.
- After the stipulated time, open the lid and saute it on high heat until the oil starts leaving the edges of the cooking pot. Add kasuri methi to it. Sprinkle some garam masala next. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it hot as an excellent side dish to pulao, rotis, and parathas.
