- First, take a pan at low flame. Add water boil it. add chopped adrak, 1/2 ts salt and sooji in it.

- Take a microwave idli mould. Grease it with oil. place sooji balls and microwave it for 3 min.
- Now stuff sooji balls are ready. Then take a kadai, add 1/4 ts oil in it, add rai, urad daal, chana daal, curry patta, haldi, sambhar powder and add sooji balls. Add lemon juice now spicy and tasty sooji are ready.
Pulse until everything is chopped, then add the egg and pulse until combined. Use wet hands to roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
