- Mix well and knead a soft dough with help of water.
- Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Boil macaroni in enough water with salt.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan.
- Put crushed garlic in oil.
- Add tomato purée and cook on high flame.
- Add chilli powder and cook till oil starts separate.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Add chopped veggies and little water.
- Cook on low flame till veggies become soft.
- Add boiled macaroni and cook on high flame till it becomes dry.
- Let it cool.
- Add grated Mozzarella cheese in cooked macaroni.
- Stuffing is ready.
- Make big size balls from dough.
- Roll each balls like roti in 1/4" thickness.

- Fold in triangle shape.
- Seal the edges.
