- Make a chutney in old style….red chilli,garlic and grind then in silbatta.Add salt to taste and squeeze half lemon.Spicy chilli garlic chutney is ready.You can store this in fridge for a week.
- Make a soft dough of rice flour,salt and water.Keep aside while making a stuffing.Boil the pulse at least 5 to 6 whistle.Grind well in grinder.Give a nice roasting with adding all given spices with mustard oil.Now cool and make a shape of stuffing to fill it in dough.Now take a medium size ball of dough and flatten it in your palm.Fill the stuffing and keep close nicely.Now keep it in idli stand.
