- Sauce :- - *Boil the tomatoes - *Once boiled put them to rest to cool - *After cooling peel their skin and put them in a jar of mixie + dried chillies (2-3 if you like spicy else one is fine) + coriander seeds 1tspn and grind them well.
- Final preparation:- - *Take a pan put about 2tbspn olive oil & heat - *Add chopped garlic & stir fry them - *Add chilli flakes (1tspn) cook for 30 seconds then add the sauce - *Add black pepper powder (1tspn) + salt (according to taste) + mixed herb or cooking oregano (1tspn) + dried basil (1-2 pinch) and cook it well. - *Once the sauce is cooked you can add jalapenos or anything of your choice like mushrooms,olives, broccoli etc again cook for one minute.
- Add Spaghetti stir well & again cook for 2 minutes. - *Now turn off the stove add a little olive oil on top,cover it with a lid and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
