- First of all soak the black gram in water for one hour.
- Then after that wash the black gram in water properly.
- Take a cooker add some water in it add black gram in it add some salt and halt teaspoon turmeric powder put the lid of the cooker and put it on gas on the flame and give 2 to 3 vessel to it.
- After that strain the water from the black grams.
- Take a fry panput on gas on the flame add 4 to 5 spoon of ghee then add cumin seed stri upto it will cracker and add finely chopped onion and green chilli paste mix it well upto the onion colour will change light brownish.
- Then add giner garlic paste mix it well add tomato purie add some salt and 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.
- Then add black gram in that batter and some water as required mix it well then add garam masala cumin powder 3 to 4 table spoon fresh cream an add choppedcorainder leves mix it well put the lid on pan 5 to 10 min low the flame.
- And finally ready to serve garnish with little bit of butter and cream and coriander leves.
