- Soak kaju badam, khus khus melon seeds for overnight or 4-5.
- Peel soaked badam. Make smooth paste by adding little water.
- Grind saunf elaichi khuskhus peppercorn. Make fine powder.
- Boil milk and reduce to half till thicken.
- Add little sugar. Keep aside to cool. Then put it in deep fridger to get chilled.
- Add paste and powder and mix well. Strain it in glass jar. Keep in deep fridge to get chilled.
- Now in serving glasses put strawberry crush and pour chilled masala milk and stir it lightly.
- Garnish with pistachios and strawberry sauce.
