- Now add cauliflower into boil water… For 2 mins… After 2 mins drain all the water
- Let's prepare the batter
- In a mixing bowl add all the above ingredient.. Rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, pinch of salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin seeds….
- Add little little water.. Make a thick batter
- Now add the cauliflower into it mix well.. Let batter coat all cauliflower… No need to marinate for long tym
- Add oil in a frying pan… Keep the flame in medium neither our 65 will burn… Now add cauliflower pieces….
- Fry until it's cook and make it crispy…. U can garinsh with curry leaves or coriander leaves also
- Ready to serve crispy cauliflower 65
