- Set oven on 200 degrees. Measure the flour accurately and sieve it, pour in salt and set aside
- Meanwhile pour quarter cup of lukewarm water in a bowl and mix the yeast in it. Put a pinch of sugar and let it rise for about 10 mins or until you can see the cloudy foam
- When the yeast foams,create a small well of flour and begin to knead, slowly adding up the lukewarmwater till you get a nice soft consistency
- Continue kneading until there are no traces of wet flour on your hands.
- Spread a bit of olive oil on a pan and on the dough. Cover with wet cloth and store in a warm dark place to enable the yeast to rise
- Meanwhile open up the can of ragu sauce or prep tomat sauce. Place an assortment of desired veggies. In this case tomatoes, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, sweet corn, onions and of course mozzarella cheese and a bit of permasen cheese just for the flavor.
- Check on the dough, if you stick your fist on it and it bounces back it is ready if it Doesn’t leave it for another 20-30 mins or until it rises.
- Mix the dough again on a well floured work board then form an appealing round shape. Make sure your work board is well floored to avoid sticking on the board
- Transfer on a foiled bake pan which is well coated with semolina or corn flour
- Begin with the tomato sauce, spread it all round, then fill in the green and red bell peppers, followed by onions, well seasoned tomatoes (black pepper and salt), permasen followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Spray a bit of olive oil to give it that nice smooth texture.
- Place in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes or until it foams a nice crusty coat
- Remove from the oven, switch off oven and transfer on a pizza board
- Ready to eat!!!!
