  16. Get For White Sauce:
  17. Make ready 1 tsp Butter
  18. Get 3 cup Milk
  19. Take 1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  20. Get 2 tsp All Purpose Flour / Maida
  21. Make ready 2 Cloves / Laung
  22. Take 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  23. Take 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  24. Take 1/4 tsp Oregano
  25. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  26. Take 1 tsp Sugar
  27. Get as needed Grated Cheese for garnishing
  28. Get as needed Chilli Flakes for garnishing
Instructions to make White Penne Pasta:
  1. In a heating vessel add some amount of Water and allow it to boil.
  2. Once Water comes to boil, add 2 cup of Penne Pasta, ½ tsp of Salt and boil.
  3. Cook the Pasta for 10 Min, check if Pasta cooked properly and then drain the Pasta with the help of sieve and keep aside.
  4. In another heating pan, take 1 tsp of Butter, 2 tsp of finely chopped Garlic and sauté for few seconds.
  5. Then add ¼ cup of diced Onions, ¼ cup of Green Capsicum, ¼ cup of Red Capsicum, ¼ cup of Yellow Capsicum, 8 to 10 Broccoli florets and sauté all the veggies in Butter for 2 Min.
  6. Then add ½ tsp of Salt, ¼ tsp of Chilli Flakes, ¼ tsp of Oregano give a mix and keep aside.
  7. Take another heating pan, to that add 1 tsp of Butter, 2 tsp of All Purpose Flour (Maida) and roast for 1 min.
  8. Furthermore, add ½ cup of Milk and whisk 2 to 3 times so that there are no lumps formed.
  9. Add Milk in batches little by little and totally add 3 cup of Milk.
  10. Then take 1 piece of Onion, insert two Cloves in that Onion and put in a boiling Milk
  11. Stir continuously on medium flame until sauce thickens and then remove the Onion.
  12. Then add ½ tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of Sugar, ¼ tsp of Chilli Flakes, ¼ tsp of Oregano and ¼ tsp of Black Pepper powder and stir for more 4 to 5 Min.
  13. Now add boiled Pasta to the White Sauce and give nice mix.
  14. Then add the sautéed Veggies and mix well.
  15. Lastly add ½ cup of grated Mozzarella Cheese, mix well and serve hot.
