- Add oil. Fry Jeera,onion,garlic and ginger paste in it…saute well.add chopped tomatoes and mix well..until get softened
- Add turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli,kasuri methi…saute untill it leaves oil..add water…add kofte and add salt and off the flame..gheeya kofte is ready.
