- Take gram flour in a tray add 1 tbsp oil knead tight with the help of water. Shape the gatte by rolling on pastry board in a half inch thik pipe shape.
- Boil 3 glass of water in a pan.put gramflour pipes in it to boil for 15 minuts.
- Pick the gatte from hot water and cut into small peaces.keep water aside
- Now churn hot water and curd togather.heat 1 tbsp oil in a work put cuminseeds turmeric coriander powder and half of gatte in it fry for 2 min. Add salt and chilli powder.these r dry gatte.
- Now take another work put remaining 1 tbsp oil let it heat. Add asafeotide little cuminseeds turmeric and curd liquidlet it boil add remained gatte.add salt boil for 15 minuts.untill it cooked up.make bghar of ghee and red chilli powder and at time of serving spread on gatta curry and serve with fulke.
