- Soak dry hibiscus flowers for 2 hours. If fresh flowers are there then no need to soak them.
- Add mint leaves,cinnamon stick,basil leaves and ginger paste.
- Boil for 2 mins.
- Seive the content and add mishri or honey.
- Add almond paste,mishri and juice of one lemon.
- Wao !!!.Cool red colour will emerge.
- Sprinkle black pepper and cinnamon pdr and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve and drink.
