- Now prepare small ball size jamun. Make sure that there are no cracks in the jamun.
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai. Deep fry the gulab jamun on low flame. Stir continuously. Fry till it becomes golden brown.
- Drain off and transfer it into the sugar syrup. Cover and rest at least for 2 hours.
- Finally gulab jamun is ready to serve.
