The ingredients needed to make Kheema Pav:
  1. Take 500 gm cooked muttom kheema
  2. Get 1 cup mutton stock
  3. Make ready 2 potato boiled mashed
  4. Prepare 2 chopped onion
  5. Prepare 2 tomato
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  7. Take 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Take 1 tsp salt
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  10. Get 1/2 cup green peas
  11. Take as needed Coriander
  12. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste or chopped
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp butter
Instructions to make Kheema Pav:
  1. Take large pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter. Add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic, coriander and tomato and cook it till it become mushy.
  2. Now add green peas and saute it a little. Add both red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, pav bhaji masala, and mashed potato and mix it.
  3. Then add 1 cup stock and first mix it well then add kheema. Now on low flame let it cook for4-5 mins.
  4. Serve it with butter pav.
