- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli. Saute it until garlic is light brown in colour. Now add all the veggies and stir fry them for 2 minutes on high heat. Now add salt, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix everything well.
- Add prepared noodles to the vegetables and mix it nicely. Cook it on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes then add chopped spring onion to it and turn off the heat.
- Serve veg chowmein with any vegetarian or non vegetarian chinese style gravy.
