Cover with samp cloth and again let it proof for 1 hour. Apply milk over pav(can add a pinch sugarwith milk to get brown top)
- Bake in preheated oven 180℃ for 20 mins. After 15 mins put mozzarella cheese on top and let it bake again till brown top and cheese melts.
- Sprinkle some chilli flakes and coriander leaves on top and Apply butter on pas after baking to get shine.Cover with samp cloth for 15 mins to be soft.
