- Make small ball pressing dough ball and make ball without any crack. Otherwise it may broke while frying.
- Take a kadai add oil / ghee. You can add both half half also according to your wish. Once all balls get ready place it in a kadai and deep fry stirring it. In medium to low flame.
- It should be stirred continuously so that all sides should get fry equally. Once get fry immediately add it in sugar syrup. The syrup should be a little hot.
