  3. Heat oil in a wok add cumin and hing when roast it add onion paste and saute till golden in colour.
  4. Add tomato puree and ginger garlic paste and saute till leave the oil.
  5. Now added all spices and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add palak puree and some water cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with chapati
