- For masala buttermilk:11/2 cup fresh curds whisked…add 3 cups chilled water & salt to taste.. blend well..Add 1/4 tsp green chilli- ginger paste,..Add tempering of 1/4 tsp cummin seeds& few curry leaves.on prepared buttermilk.. garnish with chopped coriander leaves.serve chilled.
