- Take 2 tbsp Cream

- Take a bowl and add the minced chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion, green chilli, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, corn flour, egg and mix well to incorporate.
- Make small round balls and bake them for 20 minutes at 250 degree Centigrade.
- Preparation for the Gravy - Add oil in a pan. Once the oil has heated up, add dry red chilli, cardamon, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds.
- Add onion and cook them till they turn translucent. Then add tomatoes and the dry masala's. Saute until the tomatoes becomes soft and the raw smell of the masala's goes away.
- Let it cool and blend it to make a smooth paste.
- Then, add butter to a pan. Pour the Onion and tomato puree. Fry the Puree in the butter. Add cashew paste and cream and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Next, add the meatballs and let it cook in the grave for 5 minutes.
